Covid-19

Regarding COVID-19

Currently, there are no reasons not to go ahead with the 2020 camp. Therefore, unless there have been any government restrictions in place at the time of the camp that stop the camp from happening, there is no intention to cancel the event.
The venue will be stocked with plenty of soap and therefore the advice is to follow the protocols laid out by the Government regarding hand washing and general hygiene.

Refunds

If Government measures do prevent the camp from going ahead, camp attendees will be refunded.

However, if an individual chooses not to attend because of their fear of contracting coronavirus no issue will be refunded. You will still have the option to sell your ticket on to another as per our standard terms and conditions.

If you have tested positive COVID-19 or are ill with any other potential contagious conditions, please do not attend and get in touch regarding a refund. Evidence may be required.

Other Circumstances

If there are any other circumstances not listed here, then please get in touch and refunds/permitted attendance will be assessed on a case by case basis.

We know that these are uncertain times and we aim to reassure that we intend to be fair to our customers and aim to do all we can to ensure this camp takes place whilst safe to do so.
